Hello everyone! My name is Andrea Brown and I am a Spanish teacher at Woodland High School in Cartersville, Georgia. I have been teaching for eight years, all at the high school level, primarily Spanish 1 and 2. I grew up in Albany, Georgia and moved to northwest Georgia in 2006 to attend Berry College. I earned my master’s degree in Spanish Education from Auburn University in 2017, finished my gifted endorsement in April 2018, and am now working on my Education Specialist in Instructional Technology. I love learning new things and experimenting with different teaching strategies and technologies, and am looking forward to sharing my projects and learning reflections on this site.
